A more special construction method – brazing is a more aesthetically pleasing way of assembling the bike, as opposed to the classical welding. This method is used on steel frames only, and it it is an expression of artistry. In the past, lugging was a good alternative to welding, as it was limiting the heat damage inflicted to the tubes. Today, we love it because it is beautiful.
